Crip Camp focuses on Camp Jened, a camp located in the Catskills and founded from 1951-1977. The camp was a first of its kind and served disabled people who weren't welcomed at mainstream summer camps. Join as as we witness a brief glimpse into the history before the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 were implemented, and those who cheered the progress from the frontlines.

Join us for a showing via Zoom of the Oscar nominated documentary, Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution, and a Q&A with Co-directed James LeBrecht. Please submit any questions you might have for Mr. LeBrecht to drac@asucd.ucdavis.edu!
